I went hard on making sure this tastes like actual cake and not just vanilla with sprinkles. SO soft, so creamy, so fun. perfect for celebrating something…or just because.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to love this, but it’s SO good. A banana infused base with a touch of lemon for brightness, plus bits of chocolate throughout. It’s a little icier than my usual ice creams because of the banana, but trust me, it works.

I am losing my mind over this one. A sweet cream base with Girl Scout Trefoils acting as the shortcake, layered with swirls of fresh strawberry sauce. Classic, nostalgic, and absolutely perfect.

This one got snatched up FAST! A super smooth vanilla base loaded with big peanut butter chunks and crumbled Tagalongs cookies. Went with vanilla instead of chocolate to let the PB shine, and sweetened the peanut butter with maple syrup for the perfect balance. Only two pints left—move fast!

Lemon lovers, this one’s for you. Made with Lemon-Ups Girl Scout cookies for the perfect citrusy crunch. I modeled this after my all time favorite Three Twins lemon cookie ice cream (RIP), and I think I got it pretty close.

Basically, if you could turn the leftover milk from a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch into ice cream, this would be it. Sweet, cinnamony, with plenty of crunchy CTC pieces for texture. Han requested this one because it was our favorite childhood cereal, and wow, it delivers.

A sugary, nostalgic dream. This one is straight-up childhood in a pint—sweet vanilla cereal milk base with Lucky Charms mixed in. It’s really sweet, but in the best way possible. Inspired by Salt & Straw’s cereal month, and it turned out even better than I expected.

My first shot at gelato, and it was a total success!! Classic fresh strawberry with delicate ribbons of chocolate throughout, just like my favorite gelato in Florence. One bite and I’m ready to book a flight back to Italy.
