The ultimate sweet treat collab! I teamed up with Hot Take Dough to create homemade ice cream sandwiches, featuring their signature chocolate chip cookies and my vanilla ice cream. Each sandwich was baked and assembled with love, with some getting an extra touch of sprinkles or chocolate chips for the perfect bite.

VEGAN COCONUT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH
Miyoko's Creamery, a plant dairy brand focused on high-quality, organic ingredients! I present to you ~ VEGAN coconut chocolate chip cookie dough. A slight coconut base that is creamy & dreamy, with a very generous amount of mini chocolate chips and cookie dough toppings. The goal was to use their plant butter and incorporate it into ice cream. Regardless if you are vegan or not, this flavor is a crowd pleaser.

COFFEE FLAKE
For my first collab with Rag & Bone, I crafted a flavor that captures the essence of NYC in the fall. Rich coffee with delicate chocolate flakes inspired by stracciatella gelato. This limited-edition Coffee Flake ice cream was created for an exclusive Rag & Bone event, blending bold, cozy flavors with the effortless cool of the brand itself.

For my second collab with Rag & Bone, we created a flavor inspired by their latest jean drop - Ellie G’s classic Cookies n’ Cream!
